It’s been a busy spring here at Northwest Renewables and the phone just continues to ring. We are a family-owned company based in Spokane and we are not moving anywhere, but man, do we need to hire more technicians.

The solar and heat pump industry is growing at a very fast rate and all indicators show that it will continue to expand, as the world shifts towards cleaner and more sustainable energy sources.

Washington State is in the middle of an energy transition driven by legislation but also by concerns for the environment. We are specifically looking for electricians with a 02 or a 01 license and for experienced HVAC technicians. It’s a bonus if you have heat pump or solar panel experience, but it’s not a requirement – we will teach you what you need to know, and we are happy to support your individualized continuing education plan.

This is full-time year-round employment. During extremely slow periods we work with the state to get you on standby until work picks up again.
